Didn't get an exact answer on where my hand is broken. Told to come back in a week, called and played a game of this call is for appointments, no she needs the medical team, no send her to the nurse... Got tired and had my insurance make the appointment. When I left I was given a brace. Not how to use it, not how to put it on, nothing. In fact I had to ask the guy if there were any instructions or advise and he told me no. Lol. I took the box it came in and read them myself. It's been three weeks now and it in hurts worse than ever. I looked up the brace online and I have been wearing it wrong. Smh
