I was having a problem while fishing so we trailered the boat and got to Sunset Marine right after they opened. Joey greeted me and asked what's up bc I didn't have an appointment. I explained the concerns and he grabbed his computer to check codes. The code lead him to an overheating issue so bc the engine was fairly new, he pulled 2 bolts and found the T/stat was stuck. Warranty didn't cover it so I agreed to pay. I figured I'd have to leave the boat but Joey said, heck, it's almost done. Just pay and be on your way. I was totally stoked that, first off, he kinda stopped what he was doing to check it, then, most surprising, he had my boat fixed in like 20 minutes. I know it's not always going to happen this way but, THANK YOU JOEY, for getting me out quickly so I could take my friend back out fishing. It was my friends first trip and he was fully surprised how SUNSET MARINE, specifically JOEY, got us fixed and back out in such a short time. Lemme just say 1 more thing, any customer service employee should take a lesson from this. Sunset Marine's customer service has always been good experiences for me. They totally have my support and I highly recommend their service department. Lenny has helped me before and he's just as straight forward and helpful as Joey was. Thanks again everyone.
