Possibly the worst pharmacy. Staff is rude. Wait times are atrocious. Literally go anywhere else.

My husband and I have completely different experiences at this location. His prescriptions are always ready when they say they are. Mine aren’t. This most recent time I placed my order. It said it would be ready on Monday. On Monday I called to be sure and it hadn’t been filled. They blamed the central order location for not sending it, which was the same way excuse I received the month prior. They told me they’d fill it and it would be ready by 3Pm. At about 4 pm, I showed up to pick it up and it was still not filled. Apparently, I needed to call a second time to verify it. All told, I waited about an hour to get my prescription filled. First, by waiting in line. And, second, by waiting for them to fill it. At this location, I recommend follow up, follow up, follow up before going. Their word doesn’t mean much to me, anymore.

We went in at one in the afternoon there was literally nobody working in the store except two cashiers. You could see the pharmacist but they wouldn’t come out and talk to you and the pharmacist didn’t know where to find what we were looking for. Boo. Hiss

Mandy and Zack are very nice. Actually, Mandy, Zack, Mira( pharmacist) and the new store mgr, Travis, seem to know what they are doing. We do have to wait a long time for someone to pick up the phone. I feel bad for those who are in a hurry and need a simple answer. They really need Erin back as a pharmacy Mgr. The previous STORE MANAGER wasn't that good. The new store mgr rocks! I'm giving 5 stars, because of Mandy, Zack, Mira ( pharmacist) and the new store Mgr. Travis. That's about it. They make it worth going to Walgreens.
