My cat used to have 2 prescriptions and 100% of the time I called to refill them, I would get a call saying they are ready and I'd show up and only 1 was ready. Not only that, they would never have any record of a second one being requested. Every refill request would end up in two trips to the pharmacy. I found a cheaper online pharmacy but now my cat just needs 1 prescription, a different one than before. The vet recommended Peoples and I thought there was no way they could mess up 1 prescription. I just went after getting a call that it was ready, and sure enough there was no prescription there waiting for me whatsoever.
