Either malicious or incompetent accounting practices, either way, I've been charged way more than I should have and disputing all of those charges just isn't worth my time. I'd rather wait 2 months for a VA appointment than go here again. The staff is friendly, facilities are clean, and snacks are free, but it's just not worth all the money they're bleeding me for. - Said I'd pay out of pocket (no insurance). They then proceed to charge my insurance anyways and bill me for the part insurance would not cover - Paid for the TRT monthly program and was still being charged per injection at the office. Not only that but I later find out the that the amount they charged me was not the full amount and I still owed more. - Never received a response to a dispute email I sent regarding an alleged "No Show" for an online appointment. They re-shceduled the appointment themselves and still charged me for a no-show?
