This business has logistics issues. It's unclear if it is even a real / certified sleep clinic. It's impossible to schedule a sleep study over the phone, and after 5 registration attempts (with confirmation) through their website, not once has anyone on their staff reached out to schedule an appointment. I would suggest avoiding this "clinic" at all costs. If they can't even get scheduling right, I doubt they are good at much else. Pay attention to the other 1-star reviews. They are likely valid.

They're fine on initial care, but if you require follow up, they'll tell you " we're not scheduling those appointments right now". For over two years, they'll tell you this. Do yourself a favor and find a provider that's willing to follow you throughout the entire course of your treatment, rather than abandoning you midway.

I can’t say enough great things about the staff at SleepSomatics! My mother was diagnosed with sleep apnea and had a horrible first experience with a different clinic in south Austin. The staff at SleepSomatics were amazing at getting her a second opinion, comforting her while also explaining what to expect. Lisa was so helpful getting us in.
