Today, I visited the Branchview Location to make 2 simple transactions. The teller took like 30 mins to help me. I gave her my information which included my I.D. and my 2 different membership account cards. The rude teller then tells me that she needs my membership info after I gave it to her like 30 mins ago! I then tried explaining to her that she has my info! The teller then asks me for my I.D. again after she sent it back to me through the automatic system. If you are going to have clueless tellers then they should have assistance with them at all times! I only wanted to do a withdrawal and a deposit. Please, avoid going to this location! I always have the worst experience, but this just too the cake today on 8/4/21. No member of management even cared to address this issue. I honestly felt racially profiled today and will try to reach out to upper management with their poor communication skills, lack of urgency and not being able to keep up with customer important information. The rude teller never apologized at all and tried to dismissed me after waiting in the drive-thru line forever! I was given an extremely hard time for no reason!
