Very money minded people. Very very bad hair service on this location. My appointment was at 5.00 PM, was there waiting for 30 minute past 5.00PM. They came and told us they overly booked and can’t make our appointment. We came all the way driving 30 min here. They said they are not going to cancel the next appointments which are at 6.15Pm because they are color related appointments which can give lot of money comparatively.

Selection is okay and the staff is usually nice. I just don’t like the security. They watch you like a hawk and follow you in the fragrance section. I regret purchasing from them. I wish I would’ve gone to another location where you aren’t treated as if you are going to steal.
