I have found this online program called NACA (National Assistance Corporation of America) which is a non profit organization that assists people in owning their very own home. This program is very helpful as it would allow me to accomplish my dream of owning my very own home and watching my daughters grow up in a place that they can truly call their own. I have already started the process with a counselor from NACA who has been extremely helpful in regards to information about what all home owning entails. He has explained to me the difference between paying rent and paying a mortgage as well as the paperwork that entails when starting the process of owning a home. The best part about NACA is that they take more into account than just my credit. My husband and I have had nothing but the best support through this program and wish everyone could have the same experience we are having.

My wife and I became NACA members after being introduced to it by my brother. It is a good program that helps you become a homeowner and helps you build and maintain a household budget. With 0% down and a low-interest rate, it is worth taking a look at the program to see if it is a fit for you. Our NACA counselor Issac has been very patient and has been helpful throughout our process. We look forward to continuing working with him in purchasing our first home.

I am currently going through the NACA process in anticipation of owning my first property. Beginning with the first NACA workshop I attended, I have found the process to be extremely straight forward. My counselor, Sharon has assisted me in collecting all required documents and helped prepare me for what to expect as I get closer to home ownership. The NACA process, as well as their staff have been very helpful and I look forward to continuing along the process. As a person in their twenties, I did not think it was possible to purchase a property in Los Angeles or the surrounding area. So many young professionals could benefit from NACA if they knew home ownership was not a far-off possibility.

I have been in the process of becoming NACA qualified in just over month. It is a lot of work, but it all has its purpose in helping you buy a home. I really appreciate my counselor Ciera in communicating with my wife and I and explaining things in a very simple way. She has been great in responding quickly to e-mails as well. NACA is also a great benefit to really helping you be mindful of your budget and being more responsible with your money. The program has really helped us to become more financially aware of our spending and motivated us to save more. Although it is an intense process so far with a lot of work, submitting documents and constantly tracking your bank statements, I am sure it'll be worth it in the end.

We'll work with you as long as it takes to make you a home owner.
Most likely yes. If you're planning to relocate, they have offices through out the USA. You must reside in that state for at least 1 year to begin the process.
Naca.com is the website. You must attend a workshop, then speak to a rep. It is a process that takes time between the workshop and closing on a property. If you are trying to prevent homelessness with children you might want to also check out some gov assistant housing programs
I work for the VA and NACA had a better offer for me with their 1st time homebuyer program. I'd suggest attending the workshops and comparing the two
