I’ve seen Dr. Koch for over a year now and have nothing but great things to say about her. She genuinely cares about her patients progress and input on their concerns. However, I cannot say the same about the scheduling personnel on the phone. I had an overly unpleasant experience today scheduling an appointment. The person on the phone was rude and had a nasty attitude for some reason.

If you are elderly, they only help if it is biopsied first. They tell you the lotions to buy for bumpy skin or dry skin or redness, they are over the counter. My PCP gave me the stuff to use before the visit.
