Went here yesterday to get an ingrown toenail taken care of. It was my first ever experience with an ingrown and I was very nervous with what the procedure would be like. Dr. McDonald was very communicative and very clear with that he was going to do. I was relieved my toe was numb enough that I could have a conversation with him without even feeling a single thing he was doing to my toe. It feels great to finally be out of pain and finally heading in right direction. It's always a plus when a doctor is friendly, professional, a good communicator and puts you at ease. I forget the nurses name who greeted me and brought me into the room before asking a few small questions. She was very bubbly and positive and helped make me feel I came to the right place before I had even met the doctor.

The office staff are vary helpful and the doctor was vary easy to talk to and very gentle.

Not necessarily a bad place, staff was nice, but I went here specifically because it took my insurance, I even called them to confirm that my insurance covers treatment with them. Even so, they made me pay around $30 for some treatment that they didn’t specify “wasn’t covered” by my insurance. I would have just declined the medicine/treatment, but the doctor had already opened and used it on me without telling me it wasn’t covered.
