Stopped by 2/6. Looks like a well planned neighborhood, and I like most of the floor plans with the private side courtyards. This area will have more development in the coming years, but for now you'll have to travel a ways to get to retail and restaurants. My last new home purchase just over 2 years ago was about $112 a sq ft. These homes will run you in the neighborhood of $257 a sqft if you want a few upgrades. I will say at least their model homes were in showroom condition, which I can't say for a couple of builders down in the Myrtle Beach area where shody work was appearent in their model homes.
