Low pressure light came on. Saw a screw in a tire. They checked all my tires and found another screw in another tire. Thanks for being thorough, Car-X! Hate to think of what my drive from northern Kentucky back to Tennessee would have been like if you had not checked all my tires!

I had an oil change and tire rotation. The oil change has been fine, as far as I know, so I’m rating two stars vs one star. After the tire rotation, my car was making a weird “wah wah wah” sound. I took it to another mechanic and found that one of the tires had a knot on the edge of it and another tire needed to be replaced. Why didn’t CarX at least warn me that the tires needed attention? The service person and I even talked about the very long road trip I was taking that coming weekend. I don’t believe they were trying to do me harm, but their neglect could have led to a very dangerous issue while on the road. I will not be taking my car here again.
