My Mama Sandy lived here back in 2010-2015 she loved it there, she LOVED Peggy so much. She liked how it was a secure building and all her neighbors was so friendly. I'm sorry that I didn't post after her passing but I wasn't in my right mind. Thank you Peggy for being so kind to my Mother Sandy Weis

Mom lived here 4 years, wonderful and caring neighbors. Management does well. New vinyl floors are being installed in this spring (2021). Regular checks for bedbugs and maintenance usually responds quickly. Other than highway noise and an occasional ambulance going to to hospital it's fairly quiet.

Beautiful apartment, clean nice, building has been made over. I'm so happy in my new apartment. The. Clientel the resident's are welcoming the unit manager Miss Peggy is ever so kind. I feel very blessed to have been accepted into such a wonderful society of neighbor's. I would highly recommend Grand towers over any senior living in northern KY.
