My nephew had his wedding and reception at the cave. It was gorgeous and very unique. The owner met every vehicle as we arrived and was very friendly. They offered a pick up from the parking area to the cave, as it’s a short walk. The entire area was extremely clean and well taken care of. What a great place to celebrate any special occasion. Highly recommend!

Never been to Ruskin Cave, but the music and sounds carry for miles during odd ends of the night when locals (like me) are trying to sleep. Rest assured that when you have a gathering/event here, other neighbors and people around can most certainly hear it and most certainly hate it.

As a wedding guest I can say that the venue and staff were incredible. They have their act together. The food was also better than I was expecting.

We attended a wedding here recently in March and though the venue itself is breathtaking, there are several drawbacks that I'm surprised to see no one has mentioned. Firstly, the location of the only bathrooms is pretty miserable. The building where the rehearsal dinner took place didn't have any so you have to walk a 1/4 mile to get to the bathrooms. When you're in the cave for the reception, same thing. This may not seem like that big a deal, but we had kids and a baby. It was NOT kid friendly at all. There was also no where to change diapers. I had to change my baby on the counter in the bride's room. With kids who need to seemingly go to the bathroom all the time, constantly having to pretty much leave the reception and be gone for 20+ minutes for each bathroom run was miserable and I missed so much of the reception. Your cars have to be parked way away from the reception/wedding area as well so changing in the car isn't an option because it's a farther walk to the cars than even the bathrooms. There are swings for kids here as far as catering to kids goes, but that's it. We never used them though.
