Charged me 250.00 at Vardens body shop said it was a deposit for Enterprise. Enterprise took out 226.25 and stated they did know what Vardens Body shop was talking about. Erica was who I gave my bank card info to at Vardens. Still trying to get my mibey back for the 226.25 because it was b not used toward my bill at enterprise. Turning both business in to BBB and anyone else I can find to help me

They will pick you up and take you back to the office to complete the paperwork but there is a limit to how far they will travel. You need to make arrangements in advance so it's best to call to confirm before you book the reservation. Most of the vehicles have unlimited mileage but the weekend special and certain larger and specialty vehicles have restricted mileage. It does state plainly in the reservation online and confirmation email. For example, the weekend special for 3 days includes 300 miles with additional miles being 20 cents each ($20 if you go another 100 miles). Even if you go an extra 300 miles it was still less than a full price rental with unlimited mileage. It's best to plan ahead when possible and explore all your options.
Non-airport locations Require that their rental vehicles be returned during normal business hours. If you want to return a vehicle when the renting location is closed, you must check with them when picking up your vehicle to determine if an "after hours" service drop box is available. Doing so will help you avoid additional charges.
