worst place ever, 1st time I waited 3 hrs for a consultation, 2nd time I waited 2 hrs to get service done, 3rd time after waiting 40 minutes I was told the Dr call off, with that been said, if you want to wait a really long time this is the right place to go + the staff are very rude and umprofesional!!!

A complete waste of time. If the tooth that needs to be extracted is “too complicated” they won’t do it. I was also told it depends on the doctor’s mood whether they extract the tooth or send you somewhere else. I was told by the dentist that Medicaid doesn’t cover deep cleanings but that’s a lie. If it’s medically necessary which mine is! Then they do. The Dentist just has to do a pre authorization but I guess she didn’t want to deal with the extra paperwork and instead wanted me to pay about $1,700 out of pocket. I have Medicaid for a reason! I’m currently unemployed. Wait times are long. I literally went there to waste my time. Mind you my husband had to take off to stay with my 5 month old and for nothing!! Smh. Just go somewhere else. Front desk staff are not even nice. You call, they place you on hold, and never get back to you.
