Very poor communication throughout the building process. We have been in our home since February 2022 and the service is horrible! I have called multiple times and no one ever helps. We have issues that need fixed and have been waiting for months. Items were taken from our property during the build (contractor admitted it!). I keep getting told they will bring it back but haven’t seen it yet. Very unhappy with the experience and service!

Thanks for that awesome question! I would assume you should call Clayton homes of Dickson Tennessee or Clayton homes of Columbia. Maybe talk to one of the sales reps there maybe they can hook you up and transport your trailer if needed. they might be able to give you the number of someone that could possibly help!
