Once a customer decides on and purchases one of your models, is there a minimum number of miles included in the delivery/set down cost (assuming within eastern Tenn.)?

Usually, when you are looking at homes on their website, they indicate the price of home excluding set up &/or delivery bc they have special deals, discounts, events, etc. throughout the year! Always double check up on setting & delivery prices. All that can be financed if financing is needed.
