We have been using this company for a little over a year now and I am not happy at all. Our caregiver rarely calls out or has to take a day off. Today she had dentist appointments for her kids and a funeral of a family member. They did not call me to communicate that they were not sending anyone today. My mom was home alone for 12 hours! She has sat in her urine all day and a male friend made her lunch. She cannot do anything for herself except feed herself. Because she has been in her chair all day she is hurting all over her body and can barely move. To top it all off just last week they denied her caregiver gloves. She has to clean my mom after she uses the bathroom and shower her. All of this is unacceptable! I am very disappointed in this company and the way they conduct business!

This is the BEST place in Dickson by far to receive services from. They are so organized and caring. They are always there to help my family and make our life easier. Wouldn’t go through anyone else.
