Home Instead Senior Care was truly a gift to us. Their help was tremendous in our lives and the lives of our mom and dad. The caregivers were there for our dad, and when he passed, our mom...up until she passed just a month ago. I cannot say enough good things about this organization. The compassion and professionalism continues to impress me, even thinking about it now. These are women and men who are hard working, accessible, and easy to communicate with. I have worked in in healthcare for fifteen years. I started at Home Instead due to their ethical reputation. The owner not only screens care givers deeper than other companies but he's also hands on calling them asking how they are doing as he cares about them. I've never worked for such a caring and fun organization. We all know how our clients are doing and it's not uncommon to pray for them while they go through tough times. We truly are here because we have a protective feeling for seniors that deserve to be respected and heard. I wouldn't work for another organization like it, as there isn't one.
