I'm writing this review for my No2 boots in brushed brown that I have had for a month now. But first I must mention the customer service at Chisos. I stopped by one day, in my 18 wheeler, just to try on boots to see if I could find my particular size since the one I was looking at was not available in a EE width. Kris was very helpful in running me through several different sizes until we found one that fit my foot. He was very welcoming and helpful throughout. I was also surprised that Will, the owner, also came out and helped dial in the boot size himself. Where else do you see the owner kneeled down checking the fit of your boots? Ok so on to the boots themselves. I did an instore pickup and was check fitted by Allison. I was a little worried about the tightness of the instep on my right foot, but the Chisos team helped me get that figured out. I wore them around the carpeted areas in my house to get it broken in and finally reached a point where It wasnt an issue anymore. I have since worn these boots on a couple 12 hour plus airline travel days and these boots were more comfortable than any other pair of boots I own, including some that are close to 4x's the price. I wore them to my Papa's wedding and they were a hit and I have him looking at a pair now too. They have become my go to pair of boots for when Im going out now being equally adept at being a dress up boot or a causal date out boot or heck even watching my nephews baseball games in the bleachers. I will definitely keep my eye out for other Chisos boots that catch my eye in the future, not only for the product, but also for the company and what it stands for as well as the men and women there who bring that dream to life. If you haven't at least tried a pair of Chisos boots you don't know what you're missing!

You get what you pay for. Everything I've ordered from this company has been top notch. I never imagined I'd spend what i have on these products, but i have no regrets. They've set my expectations too damn high to buy from known boot stores anymore.
