I frequently take any Amazon returns to this UPS store and occasionally mail packages there. This afternoon, shortly after 5pm, I stopped there to send an Amazon return. The store had closed for the day, so finding the door locked, I returned to my car. As I got in my car, a gentleman approached and said he was the store’s owner and wondered if he could help me. I explained that I would return during business hours. He said he didn’t mind helping me, so he parked his car and reopened his store to assist me. I’m sure he was ready to go home after the long day, but I was so impressed with his kindness. I wouldn’t have minded coming back at another time, but his willingness to go out of his way to help, made a huge impression on me. From now on, I’ll take my business to his store. And, I’ll remember to pay his kindness forward. Thank you, sir.

The customer service girl was super friendly and helpful. The owner then personally helped me regarding a new p.o.box and smiled and chatted with me. She said she's the original owner and has been there 17 years. This was my first time here and will be my go-to UPS now. I actually drove over 15 miles to get to this one because the one by my new house was horrible. This location has Positive Energy! Worth the extra drive.

The girl that works there with the lavender hair should find somewhere else to work. She clearly hates people and her job. She questioned my Amazon return even though there were explicit instructions on how to complete the dropoff. She had a very rude demeanor and while I was waiting for my phone to load, she asked, in a rude tone, if my phone was loading or what while looking down at the desk. I definitely won't do business at this location in the future.
