I had to wait 5 hours for them to tell me I a had a mass in my kidney that this hospital should have told me in 2018. Will know Monday the 17th if I have cancer.

The sole reason I rate my overall experience as a three instead of a five is because I was scheduled for surgery at 12:00 but wasn't wheeled back to the surgical room until 2:30. The staff only communicated with me once that the operating room was still being used. I don't think that explains a 2 1/2 hour delay. I would have preferred more communication about my status and the reasons for the delay.

They sent us a bill of $25,000 for just an induced birth! Insurance is only covering very little of that. Staff there aren't much help, but the nurses and doctor we had were nice.

Are you sure thats where you went because they carry mask all of the hospital easy access for anyone
I've never had that problem. I don't think there even allowed to do that. They are allowed to i.d you after hours at night time to register you as a visitor. I don't know why they would do that to you
