The clinicians at Seton NW are nothing short of fantastic. The administrative staff at this place however, will make you want to die in the street before going to this hospital.
Brenda Peralta
Unfriendly front registration person and unacceptable wait time for an emergency visit. Waited nearly an hour before we left to go somewhere else. This was our first and last visit to this hospital.
Al Sheppard
They do a great job and the inpatient rooms are goid and staff is on the ball.
Arnaldo Junco
I get tired of calling and when they answered me they don't know how to guide me because of an x-ray that I have to take there, they put the call through to another person and they cut off the call, that happens to me often, it's not easy to be answered here

You should. Contact medical records or visit them, sign the waiver...done.
The doctor that is treating me is very impressive. All the staff treated me with compassion, and care.
At the office of vital records for Travis County for a small fee. You should have also received a mother's copy at hospital checkout which will work temporarily for any paperwork you need
