Well, I haven't been able to make an appointment because the receptionist only speaks English, and she puts me through a recorder where she says that they return the call later, I think they should have a bilingual receptionist, since here in Austin there are a lot of Latinos in my humble opinion, They referred me to you and you cannot give me an appointment, because the receptionist only says that she does not speak and transfers the call to the recorder, bad service, because I urgently need the appointment.

They were prompt and, as always, pleasant and competent.

Amazed at how many people were in the waiting room and how efficient and friendly the staff was in expediting patients through the maze of testing. Dr. Plunkett provided me with a comprehensive report and excellent discussion of my issues. Best ophthalmology appointment I ever had!

I do not know … better you call them … they do not take all the insurances

Do you folks have expertise with scleral contacts and Keratoconus? I've had cross-linking and had a great doctor in my hometown, but I just moved to Austin and need a doctor here.
