This facility should be shut down. My aunt gets served cold sandwiches for dinner every night. They don’t do any activities. My aunt likes bingo and loves arts and crafts. She is always saying she never gets showers . The staff has said that they don’t have housekeeping or laundry staff. Her bed sheets hardly ever get changed because they say they don’t have linen. THEY ARE FILTHY!!! They never clean the rooms. My aunts bathroom has trash stacked to the top. My cousin placed her there and is the only one who can have her moved. Who ever the owners are they should sale this place and let people who care take over this facility so the people can live better .They are getting paid to take care of these people but they aren’t being taken care .Where are the state employees who are supposed to make sure these places are ran properly?

If I could give this a 0 star I would! This is ridiculous when we walked into her room she was half way off the bed and you could tell for a few minutes! No one was done here to check they were all sitting down laughing instead of checking on there patients! I asked one if the nurses just to clean the floor just cuz your a nurse doesn’t mean you can’t clean! Had to beg them just to come! Don’t put your loved ones in here guys it’s not worth it! They don’t and won’t care about them!

Day one ignored on 2nd shift n could not get the meds I brought with my transfer over..this staff is lazy and should not be looking after someone's dog,I'll write another review tomorrow!!
