Super helpful, no-pressure staff! I had stopped in before, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything but knew that I’d buy from InStep when I was ready. I’m happy to say that I bought my first pair of Birkenstocks at InStep the other day, and I’m so happy with them!
