I bought a room for 8 nights, paid over $900. On Monday I had to travel back home with intentions of returning Wednesday to finish off the rest of my stay. I took my personal belongings but left a fridge full of drinks, candy on the desk and I was still CHECKED IN with 5 more nights on my stay! When I returned, all my items had been thrown out. When I notified the General manager Carmella Galipo, I was told that it was a misunderstanding and that house keeping “assumed” I had checked out. Housekeeping did not check to see if I had checked out. So they threw everything away. When I notified Mrs.Carmella she was joking about the situation and said that she bet my room looked really clean though. She offered to reimburse me $40 for the items that were thrown out and a sideways apology. When asked to be compensated for the inconvenience, wasted time and poor oversight, she told me $40 was more than enough for what happened!!! I will not be allowing housekeeping in my room for the remainder of my stay! If you don’t want your items thrown away if your gone a little too long, DON’T STAY HERE…

This is an older Hotel currently having updating various features and areas. Although located almost next door to the airport, it is very quiet at night. A very large long low building. I have a good breakfast bar. Staff members are very pleasant. I would definitely stay here again

I recently spent a long weekend in Asheville and experienced issues with my flight through allegiant that left me stranded. Not only did Veronica at the front help to get me an early check in but also helped with scheduling and driving my shuttle! She was very helpful for me during a stressful time. I greatly appreciate the good customer service during my stay.

My flight was extremely delayed. Front desk staff was wonderful. Hotel needs an update, but my room was very clean. Room down the hall was extremely loud, and their door was open when I went by. I was too tired to care, and didn't report it. Close to the airport. Breakfast was open. Served the purpose!
