I have been to this urgent care twice in the past month. Both times I was treated with the best care! Both times, they were so patient, caring,, and thorough! . They made sure I was comfortable, offered me a drink even!! I feel they went above and beyond with my care for both visits.

Im an actual patient there and was tested positive, had some pain, and told me to call another location because they are booked then hung up on me. My own doctors office and I couldn't even talk to a nurse for advice. How do you see your own doctor?? Looks like I'm changing practices.

Amazing staff. I was tested/diagnosed with Covid at this facility. The staff was very nurturing and caring. A couple days later my sore throat got worse and ended up with a gland/throat infection. Couldn't sleep and could barely drink water or eat food. They had me come back in right away and put me on antibiotics. Was feeling better within a couple days. So thankful for their care.

When you go in with a possible broken leg, and are told you have to wait over 90 minutes for covid appointments...this is so unacceptable. This is called immediate care, since when do emergencies not take precedence over covid appointments? Unbelievable. The lack of empathy from the staff and Wendy the practice manager is also terrible! No wonder ERs are clogged because immediate cares are no longer doing their jobs.

ARE YOU OPEN AND DO YOU DO CORVID TESTING

Immediate care does do rapid COVID tests. I would suggest calling before heading in though. I believe they are doing appointments for anyone who has or had a fever.

are masks required?

Yes, they're still required.
