What a Wonderful place!!! Everyone there is sooo exceptional and sweet Soo clean We went today and had such a calming experience Learned a bit of their language I cannot express the warm and kind atmosphere I highly recommend this place💕

the people there were nice and, I didn't wait at all and my service didn't take too long, but the outcome was so unprofessional. There were so many little mistakes, and some of the nails were crooked. When she did my first hand, while she was doing the lengths the middle finger was way shorter than every other nail. And when she did one hand for the lengths she didn't compare the other hand to it so my hands are completely different lengths. From far away you can’t notice, but when u really look at them they look totally unprofessional and not well done.

Pampered Nails is the Very Best Nail Salon! I brought my 87 year old Mom there for a birthday gift, she was "pampered " my Mom felt so special. But the owner Cathy makes everyone feel that way!

Giving this one star would be a COMPLIMENT. Not only did they wax HALF MY EYE BROW OFF the women doing it was yelling in the room to another nail tech as if she could hear it. Everything was done (nails/brows) in such a rush and I felt like I was practically being kicked out. My acrylics look awful and ive never had them this bad after the 10 years i've been getting them... uneven, choppy paint job, and I was kicked out of the chair so my dry time was cut short. I hate to leave bad reviews but what was done on me was not fair at all.
