Came here last night for a fun date night idea. Staff was EXTREMELY RUDE! I asked if there was an age limit (we are both early 20s) and the women at the front desk told us "no as long as you two don't break any bones.." and continued to roll her eyes. After that she proceeded to make additional comments under her breath (not so quiet) . Very nice place however I would suggest training your staff a little better / replace your staff with people who care about your company.

Great place for kids. Not so much for overweight, middle-aged men with back problems who don't know their limits.

Always have a great time with my boys! Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk, although some of the staff that watch over each section are either too busy chatting with their co-workers, not paying attention, or they are on power trips which is the worst!! Don't get me wrong there are some that do their job but I've been coming here a few years and this has been my experience. It has not stopped me from taking my boys though because they always have a blast!!! And I don't ever let a couple bruised or rotten apples ruin the whole bunch!! So I suggest you bring your children they'll never want to leave!! Oh and I definitely like and prefer Altitude over Launch Trampoline Parks all day!!
