I stay there every time i am in Fletcher for business. Very nice hotel, food restaurant on site and one of the best breakfast i have ever had. Definitely not ghetto.

Not at all! It was recently renovated and is beautiful from the lobby to the rooms! The area is quiet and very pleasant. There is also a very nice shopping area with restaurants.
I think it's a decent hotel. I stay there often, as I travel through the area for work. Definitely not ghetto.
I work in the hotel industry, and am VERY picky when I check into a hotel. That said, your going to greatly enjoy your stay at this Clarion!
