The manager was extremely kind, gave a directions to the airport that were simple and better than a google map, had the overnight person make coffee early for us. Room was clean, bed was comfy, but the AC was not cool. being in the mountains, it was cooler outside than in the room.

There was no mention of the coffee bar during check-in nor, did I find any information in my room. Access to local attractions was simple, short and easy

We have stayed here on our last several stays in Asheville....the lady at the front desk is the BEST! So friendly, very personable and so helpful!! Not the most up-scale place we've stayed, but for our needs at the time, it worked perfectly!

Checked in at 5 on a Friday. Got to the room and it hadn’t been cleaned. Beer bottles, food, and cigarette butts were spread out all over the place. The nice lady at the front desk called the cleaning staff and told us it would take them 20 minutes to clean the room but I had places to be. She said there were no other rooms available but the place looked empty. I took my $167 refund and had to quickly find another hotel. Not a fun experience but actually glad I didn’t sleep there.
