I had reserved a handicap accessible room for Rose, but no such room was available when we got there. I signed in. She could have been more comfortable, but she did the best she could. I asked for the manager to contact me, but after several reminders to desk clerks, I was not contacted. I had wanted to make the case that this should never happen to anyone. If there is an insurmountable problem, management is responsible to find a solution. Now I have to escalate my complaint to corporate since we didn't get what we paid for. No offer to find an accessible room at another Wyndham facility either. This was the second time this has happened at a Wyndham facility. I wonder what would have happened if I had held their feet to the fire. There could have been fireworks! I have become disenchanted with Wyndham.

Price was very reasonable for our stay, biggest issues were the noise coming from the hallway/next door room, dogs barking in the middle of the night, and this family that would sit outside until at least 1AM talking very loudly to where you could hear them even from the fourth floor. The service was outstanding, all three front desk receptionists were great. Overall, this hotel needs a serious remodel and stricter policy on excess noise.

When I checked in the elevators were broken so my young daughter and I had to haul all of our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. But they couldn’t help the elevators were broken. Then in our room there was hair in my bed and hair in the tub. I still wasn’t going to complain. As we were trying to sleep the walls were so thin you could here the dog Nextdoor at 11:30 at night barking and barking and barking. I finally complained and my daughter and I had to get out of bed and pack all of our stuff up and move rooms. Well, I walked in that room to find more hair in my sheets. I tried to call the front desk but this poor guest said every time someone tried to call the front desk it was going to her room. So I left it alone. We had to be up early and it was 12:00 at this time. I went to the front desk the next morning to complain about my experience and I was brushed off. She said she would have the manager call me. Today is a week later and I have called 5 times over the week and I continue to be told the manager has my information and will call me. Needless to say this was a terrible experience and terrible customer service. I did not feel like a guest but just like a number. I do NOT recommend hotel!!! I am usually the one that goes out of my way to talk to a manager when I feel I have had a great experience so I am definitely not a complainer.

My sister lives 10 mins away from this hotel. I’m from Michigan and when I am there I won’t stay anywhere else !! My fur baby travels with me and they are one of the only places I found that happily accept pets. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, reasonable prices and I can bring my pet,, Win Win all the way around!! I highly recommend and 2 thumbs up!!! Thanks

The breakfast area seating is also very accessible. The beverage bar might be s challenge for wheelchairs but the staff has always been extremely helpful during my stays.
