I am a retired Chef / cook / trainer for well over 20 years.I have used Ka toms for many years, I have used them to equip start-up restaurants, scratch kitchens, corporate restaurant kitchens and my own personal kitchen. Not once have I ever received anything other than excellent service nor have I needed a particular tool that they did not have. Ka toms, is in my book, the bench mark for my culinary needs, which have become quite extensive. On several occasions a new recipe required a tool I needed that day and Ka toms came through every time.

We don't offer free shipping after a certain limit is reached. Free shipping is set by product, so some products ship for free all of the time more matter the limit and others will always have shipping costs. To reduce shipping costs on items that do not have free shipping, we recommend buying in bulk.
They have very bad customer service. I would not count on getting your money back. Fight it with your bank.
