As expected, the rooms were very clean, smelled fresh and the beds were comfortable. The staff is pleasant, polite and ready to make your stay as nice as possible. Would stay again and recommend anyone to stay for business or vacation.

Very nice! The suites are large and very comfortable. The bed was a little hard, but of course, that is just a personal preference. The hotel is back away from all of the crowds and VERY quiet. Breakfast was different each day.

I've stayed here several times and have always had a positive experience. Great location. Close to everything in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg/Sevierville, but not too close. Quite. Clean. Comfy beds. Friendly staff.

We were just passing through and needed a place to stop. Cameron and Kayla went way above and beyond to help our family (give them a raise!). The next morning the staff were friendly and courteous. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was also very good for a hotel. Exceptional customer service like this makes us want to stay here on our next time through.
