We rented a minivan on June 25, 2022 at the Enterprise office in Staten Island, on 263 Bay Street. The staff treated us wonderfully. They were friendly, pleasant, and very professional. A HUGE THANKS to Mario, aka SUPER MARIO. He gets that nickname because he provides outstanding customer service--- he is very knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely wants to HELP you. Whenever we see him in the office, we breathe a sigh of relief: "We'll be taken care of! Yay!" We only go to THIS rental car place because of the amazing customer service. We are never disappointed. What a joke, Rented a car from enterprise,the car was filthy , I’m talking about dirty, And then they gave me a free car wash to Queen ann ,car wash, went to the car wash, turns out the car wash don’t even vacuum the car brought it to another car wash on bay street pay $25 to wash and vacuum,

Depends on the car you get
Yes They will not Going to charge his cart If he have only a debit card I think he need to have Phone bill or electric or gas bill with his name and Address

I believe they charge an extra fee if it's going to be dropped off at a different location.
Depends on location. Airports usually are cheaper, but, require proof of a trip, ie. Plane ticket.
