I do not like the cars they rent out because most of them smell like ashtray, broken USB ports and not working radios. In addition to that they push the insurance on you and if you select one type they add all of them to your bill. I had to call and speak to a manager to have it fixed. The cars aren't maintened well. The service message on most of them. When you point it out they give you an excuse like "it came on because the door was open" expecting you not to know that it isn't the case. In general I do not recommend this particular Enterprise.

The worst customer service in the industry. I stated multiple times that I needed to rent a care due to an accident. The employee completely disregarded my circumstances and charged me the regular rate instead of the allstate rate. Everyone I dealt with was rude and unprofessional. Use a different car rental place if possible.

I had to adjust my rental reservation and was given the wrong information by the staff. My reservation was then messed up twice. I’ve been waiting for a rental car everyday for the last two weeks. Terrible

Thanks Chad for responding but I tried reaching out to careenterprisecom nobody There to help I guess corporate is not so happy to hear customer experience Chad please give me a way to reach you!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEST LOCATION! But watch out for UNCLEANED cars I just took out a car and then realized that it was never cleaned AND they don't have good cleaning tools... And for modifications only change through headquarters and make sure to get confirmation email Nice staff, especially Karen!!!
