This particular Taco Bell location has always had a problem with terrible employees. They have stolen my card info 3 times over the course of a decade and today they dropped the straw that broke the camels back. At the end of a long day "10:05pm" I ordered dinner to take home. 3 cheesy roll ups and a #2 Supreme taco combo. The cheese roll ups had less than a table spoon of cheese in them and weren't even melted and the Supremes weren't Supreme. Infact they were so gimpy I mistook them for for the cheese rolls ups they didn'teven have tomatoes, sour creme or cheese just a pinch of lettuce and a smear of ground beef grease. It's one thing to be a theif but it's an entirely different story to deprive me of a meal I paid for. Good ridance

Food was fine but the cashier didn't know how to process the coupon I had for a free item. He took an item off and kept the coupon. I ordered 3 Mexican pizzas and 2 crunchwraps. I paid for and received 3 Mexican pizzas and 1 crunchwrap. None of the items in my bag were free and I still lost the coupon.

If you want breakfast, you need to go somewhere else. Several times I have drove thru between 8 and 9 am and cannot get anyone to respond on the speaker or the drive thru window. This morning when a truck pulled in behind me, I finally went to the window and knocked loudly for several minutes before someone finally came. She then had me drive around and start over. No apology just an attitude like doing her job was a hassle. She also had to remake the drink as it was wrong.

the employees didn't listen to use very well, and they messed our order up completely. a lot of the tacos had hard shells and way too much lettuce.
