This place is terrible, and I tried to rent a car twice, the first time they made me wait a long time so I had to leave, the second time a Latino employee who works there didn't even help me, he just told me that they were very expensive and that I had to rent it for 10 days or more, I just wanted it for the weekend, terrible service.

As a NYC First Responder and NYSDHS personnel , Silver customer of Enterprise to get treatment as you are scammer or criminal is very upsetting to me where I lost my credit card and I am using my debit card with my utility bill , pay stub and other personal documents that i feel is a integrity issue and it’s very uncomfortable to have this bad customer experience with some policy that was targeted to me I rented numerous cars from this location and never had this problem now you telling me that I have to change my license to order to rent a car I can’t have two address with utility bill . I had to call my insurance company for a verification to show a bill payment and other personal documents no this is truly unfair at a trouble time for me with a family death . My state city agency have a contract agreement with enterprise and I feel that Fleet city agency need to know how I got treated because this can happen to any of us as ranking officials .

This company has a lot of cover-ups, they make you waste your valuable time because they don't explain to you from the app that you need to leave a deposit of 300 dollars plus all the other things that they charge you including insurance and pods if the appe had explained that it would have saved me having to come here to waste my time
