Pro: The person that assisted me when I returned the car was very polite. Cons: They drove the car out of the lot where it was safe for me to inspect car for damage onto the main street. I had to inspect with cars flying by me. The car smelled not sure if they didn't get a chance to clean it but it smelled like smoke, window washer fluid was lower, after two day the tire low light came on. My car was in the shop and they wanted me to keep calling in to extend my rental, they really have to come up with a better system.

I recently rented from the location at 8014 Foster Avenue in Brooklyn. I was not satisfied with the condition of the vehicle I received. I have rented previously from this location and always received a clean vehicle. When I returned the vehicle I told the front desk of my experience. Ashley at front desk immediately inspected the vehicle and apologized. She vowed to remedy the situation and offered a $50 discount for the inconvenience. She is excellent and is the reason I recommend renting from this location.
