If I could leave zero stars I would. Here’s just a couple of issues Ii experienced with Avis: -Staff was extremely rude & not helpful at all -rental car was filthy -staff did not mark off gas amount on the check our sheet & tried blaming me upon arrival of the vehicle -nearly impossible to reach over the phone Will never be using Avis again for anything. Ever.

Apparently this location added me to the “ do not rent” list without notice and I cannot get a clear answer from budget, avis/ budget dmv, or their customer service on how to clear this up.

I did not rent from Manhattan, I rented from State St Brooklyn. I have rented from this location for years. The agents are always professional & pleasant. The cars are always clean and free from mechanical issues. They use SUV models that are comfortable, as I am handicapped & at times have trouble getting in & out the front passenger seat. We rented a Highlander and one of my passengers was over 6ft tall & was comfortable sitting behind the driver and the one using the 3rd row seat didn't appear to have issues accessing it.
