Product is getting cheaper and more expensive. Bought some of there Valspar storm coat exterior paint for touch up ,worst stuff I have used. Will just go to a regular paint store from now on. There deals are not that good anymore.

This review would not have been written if the manager from the blinds department could have been bothered to return my call and or be able to be found the day I stopped by. All I wanted was a simple answer to a question of an in store price match. 😕 I really didn't care if it was a yes or a no just a response would have been nice. The price difference would have saved me about $700.00. Crickets in response to my 5 phone calls and 1 in store visit. Thanks for nothing. Side note: still waiting on 2 blinds that the vendor cut wrong and I receive no updates on progress. Frustrated is an understatement. Been about 2 months and was told 2 weeks. 🤨

If I didn't have to put a star up to write this review I would just put a minus sign. We bought a washer and dryer to be delivered to my sons home. He just purchased his first house and needed a washer and dryer. The first attempt at delivery was on a Sunday. After waiting for the delivery we got a call from the driver saying the street is too narrow and there were no parking place so they weren't going to deliver. They told my son he needed to make sure there were available parking places in order for them to actually make a delivery. At that time we have photos showing multiple empty spaces in front of the house. Also my son has a driveway. I spoke to the delivery customer service. All apologies. Scheduled for my sons day off. I requested a 30 minute call ahead so my son could attempt to clear a couple spaces. They didn't call 30 minutes ahead. They called and said they were 5 minutes out. The came with the washer and dryer blocked the street from any ongoing traffic completely. Unwrapped the merchandise in the street so that it had no protection from scratching or denting brought them in both together. Dropped them into the basement and left. I called customer service three times and was given incorrect information on all three calls. Second call I was told she was having a member of management call us back. Third representative told me there was nothing documented regarding a call back. I was initially given a 10% credit for the damages which I originally took but then decided that wasn't enough called back and the next rep was rude. Granted I was beyond frustrated by this time and vented. However, taking off your headset and placing it down on the desk while I was speaking until I had to ask three times if she was still there is unacceptable as a representative of such a large company. I have decided to return the washer and dryer and go to Home Depot. This review will be followed by a YELP review. I will warn anybody I know to keep away from Lowes because their service and delivery teams are absolutely horrible.
