I'm an enterprise member but was treated poorly, was shown no courtesy or respect. Was forced to wait 90min for a switchout to then be told that I can not receive a vehicle and was sent back out in a inoperable vehicle. HORRIBLE service!

Talk with the manager of the branch. I believe the in charge or manger will surely feel sorry for it and take necessary action. New office staff may not know the behavior to deal a member.
