I have become a loyal customer of Enterprise. Their prices are reasonable and even exceptional at times. Customer service has been excellent. And while it may seem superficial to say, I will note that my local rental office has the nicest representatives I have ever rented from!

I received the worst service here, so pray your car is ready and call ahead, because you won't be helped in person. I had an insurance reservation for the location, when I got there I was told that my reservation was for another date. I was puzzled but they said to stick around to see if anyone would come fetch the last reservation. Did they tell me anything when someone else picked up the car they said I could try to get? Nope. I had to ask myself. Did they offer to help me find a car in nearby branches (Enterprise has dozens all over NYC)? Nope. Did they warn me that most branches close at noon on Saturdays? Nope. Did they tell me that airport Enterprise rent a car locations do not honor insurance rentals? Nope. They just seemed slightly upset I was there 45 minutes prior to closing and then made sure I wasted those 45 minutes by giving me no helpful information. I could have used that time to try to get another car nearby. Next time I'll be saying nope to this location.
