Thanks to the staff who help me with an out of state rental, they waived a returned fee because where I pick up the car never told me anything about a fee if I return to a different location. I have had two rental from this location of two different time and their are amazing.. keep it up guys

Valid Drivers license, credit card or debit card to make the reservation and a work ID if you have one. Had all that and was in and out in 20 minutes.
They do, but in order for them to take a debit card they need a household bill with matching name that is up to date, and I think a pay stub so they know you have income

You need a drivers license and a credit card. If you dont have a credit card you would need a debit card and a NY state ID (and possibly also three documents with your name and address like utility bills)
Yes, but they may ask you for a utility bill. So be ready to provide one

My experience at this location was ok. I had to beg them to bring the car across the street to get it wash. I shouldn't have to ask.
