Reason for 1 star 1)- No Overnight Parking for early morning delivery 2)- Dirty (honey bucket) Restroom placed in parking lot 3)- they kept me waiting for 2 days to unload my frozen load. Because one pallet’s load was tilted few inches towards right. Because at shipper they opened/closed door from INSIDE the dock. I wasn’t allowed at the dock at shipper to secure my load. QCD Fontana said its unsafe to unload & rejected whole load. I got that pallet adjusted from nearest cross dock service. Still they kept me waiting for 2 days to unload my frozen load.

Came from canada to deliver 27 skids. Appointment was at 5:30 pm . arrived there at 5:15 and came out at 6:30 pm . Very fast service. Dont break the seal and stay in your truck they will come to you for all the paperwork.

A brand new QCD location extremely clean and well maintained warehouse. Everything from the rigs to the hand trucks are very well maintained. Yard is cleaned weekly to ensure the safety of everyone working there. Professionally managed for safety and health first and foremost. They are always hiring warehouse and drivers.

Most of this review is based off of when we arrived and the service we received. We pushed the button and the guy who answered had an attitude with us because we arrived early. He expected us to back our trailer back into the road(Easter morning). He didnt know when the person that works on unloading was supposed to arrive. They open at 6am and our appointment is at 6am. Now we have other drivers arriving and getting irritated. You can thank the company you work for drivers. 😘 For unloading, they were pretty quick. Took about an hour and half. Dont break the seal or get out of your truck until they come up to your door for paperwork.
