Terrible experience so far with Go Plus Corp. I ordered through Walmart Canada - they sent me the incorrect boxes and now expect me to wait all summer for them to resolve it. I am sorry but that is not acceptable customer service today. Avoid doing business with these guys at all costs!

I have never written a review but felt the burning need to. Ill try and keep it simple. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER FROM GOPLUS!!!! They stole 48 dollars from me, I had to fight to get my refund back on original item, thats just the half of it. It is really disappointing, this company should be ashamed of itself.

These guys are crooks. Never buy any item from them. I purchased an item worth $381, without opening the package I returned it as it was not what i expected. They asked me to return it and they will reimburse the shipping plus will refund $381. It has been more than 3 months, still waiting for a refund and they refused to pay the return shipping cost. Very poor customer service and in simple English these guys are crook, NEVER buy any item from them even through Amazon platform, they will lie and misrepresent and will never pay shipping charges.
