I have been to this location a few times as well as the San Antonio's location in Rancho Cucamonga and both are god awful in terms of overall wait times. It does not matter whether you have an appointment, walk in, come at 9am, or 3pm, you are GUARANTEED to wait at least 2 hours to get seen no matter what reason it is. Coming in at 9am is probably the best, it'll take about 15-20min to actual sit you in a room. Once you are in your room, it will be 30-45min until you are actually see by the provider. IF you need any procedures done (xray, ear flushing, etc etc etc) you will probably end up waiting another 1 hour+ to have the procedure done and then have the provider re-evaluate you and send you on your way. No, this is not from one experience, this is from every single experience I've had at San Antonio's Urgent Care locations. I go to urgent care probably once a year at the most and this is always the same experience. Why am I giving this 2 stars instead of 1? Their locations are always in good locations, large spaces, plenty of parking, and the facility is well kept. I gave the extra start because of the providers. the NP or PA's I see are always professional, yet casual and welcoming and they truly care about you despite your 2+ hour wait. I am a health care provider at SARH and I personally believe most of us providers give excellent nursing and medicinal care to our patients. Anything outside of that is god awful. It's funny, I truly only go to the urgent care once a year, maybe more like once every 2 years yet I keep coming to same terrible locations. I should try out another location and see if the waits are supposed to be this long.

Anything but "urgent". An hour and forty five minutes trapped in a room just to be seen. Anything but "urgent". Wasn't allowed to take a breather in the hall when I needed because I'm claustrophobic. And felt even worse after being trapped. Why even check people in if you'll forget about them...at least respect the fact that they're there because they're SICK.

This urgent care facility is the most professional, courteous and friendly. The entire staff puts your mind at ease. There are not enough words to describe their KINDNESS and COMPASSION.

I was seen yesterday at this office. The only reason I'm giving them four stars, is because of the wait time to be seen. I waited over an hour in the room. However, my check in was easy and fast. The office is clean and looks upscale, compared to other urgent cares I've been to, (especially compared to Pinnacle). The rooms have cable t.v., which is great. My nurse was very polite and kind. I had to have a shot and she was very gentle. My doctor was kind and soft spoken. I was in a lot of pain, and he apologized and he gave me some tissue. After my injection, he came to check on me, and was sincerely glad I was feeling a little better. When I was leaving, he checked my paperwork, to ensure I had all the information I needed. Thank you Dr. Ezzeddine. The only negative is the wait time. BUT, if you want fast but inadequate treatment, in a run down ghetto office, (especially their San Bernardino office), I suggest going to Pinnacle. Otherwise, try here. You'll be glad you did.
